Oh shit, bounced outta my place, can I get in trouble?

So to make a long story short, I found a roomate on craigslist, moved in with her, and signed absoultly nothing. I was paying $600 for my room. She went away and I moved out while she did. I would of gave her notice but shes a ***** so I told her nothing. I left dirty dishes in the sink, and in my bathroom (idk how they got there). I'm only 18 and had beer in her fridge. She said that she took pictures of everything, that I was underage drinking even though she didnt care when I first moved in. Some people were telling me I signed no move in condition contract or anything. It's not like I trashed the place. Wash a couple dished and the ****ing place is fine. She said shes calling her uncle cop and gonna press charges or some shit. On a serious note, can she do anything? I signed nothing what so ever..

Not really looking to get bashed, trying to get some smart people advice.

If she can prove you were drinking, you could get in trouble for that I would imagine. Other than that, dont sweat it.

She could take you to small claims court and if she has sufficient pictures abd proof that you left her with an unusually unnecessary burden at move out she could probably settle for up to like 3-400 dollars of damages, especially if she got charged for the mess or anything you caused... don't really know about how she could prove you were drinking though...

you cant get in trouble for drinking by "he said she said crap", if the cops didnt bust you, then you cant get in trouble. as far as living there goes. is there any documentation of you ever being there? if not, she cant do a god **** thing because once again, its "he said she said" crap

You broke no laws. (Except underage drinking but she can't do shit about that)

The only thing she could do is sue you for rent. (not likely)

But she has no contract or proof.

You are good.. Now on the other hand.. Cops are lying assholes.. The uncle cop if he exists COULD cause you problems..

No documentation of my living there. Like the neighbors could say I was living there, but I signed nothing what so ever.
