***Official Super Bowl XLVIII was FIXED Thread***

actually thats not the only part of the rule in teh nfl
I know, but when he is seen holding it there with 2 feet inbounds and in teh video he never loses control it all means he had control, 2 feet in and so it was for sure a touchdown.

no the ball is not in a catch position, even in that pic with "that evidence" would it be a TD in college
So I guess if a receiver catches the ball with 2 hands, never cradles it and runs for 50 yards it still wouldn't be a touchdown according to you? Seriously, get real now.

NFL td = both feet in bounds at the same time he has total control of the ball...meaning not switching hands or FURTHER securing it.
No, you must not drop it or be bobbling it, you can switch hands if you are in possession of it at all times, which he was.

based on that pic doesnt mean its even a catch. when he starts pulling it in his right foot is not on the ground

He had control of it in his hands though, you are allowed to pull it in as long as you never lose control, which the video shows he didn't.

There was holding on the play anyway //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
There is holding in every single play in every level of football, if it wasn't egregious it doesn't get called.

BS there was a call that was against Edwards of the browns earlier this season and they did not count the td because he stepped out while changing hands

UMM NO you must have the ball in control when your feet are on the ground in a caught position. he was still trying to pull it in when his foot came up...this isnt 1978 when recievers and DBs used a half a pound of stickem in their hands and the ball gets stuck to their palms LOL
