Please donate money to my paypal where it will then be donated to Charity _____, and then he kept the money. It is not illegal to say, I had a daughter that died, and I want to get car audio equipment to commemorate her but I want to pay for it, even if you don't have a duaghter.

It is not fraud. He said someone died and that he wanted car audio equipment but that he was going to pay for it. He did end up getting things for free, but it is not illegal to recieve a gift.
As to the taxes... are you retarded. i doubt he gained thousands of dollars worth of equipment for free. At christmas time, do you pay taxes for your gifts that you recieve??? NO

I'm not defending him, as what he did is definitely wrong, but it's not illegal to get gifts or discounts from people on items. And if you really think it is illegal, why don't you file a small claim in court???

He got deals and donations on false pretense. It IS fraud. Your justification make 0 sense. They wouldn't have given "gifts" or "good deals" without the sob story.

Yes if your leg is actually broken it is not fraud. Gohilla should've denied the first donation and came clean. Gohilla accepted the donation and had every intent to keep them till he got caught. SM refused the payment.

Additionally what really seals the deal on fraud was the auction.

He knowingly let a charity get organized on behalf of his deception. Now we have a charity assembled on behalf of his story and he still doesn't set the record straight. If you don't see that as fraud then I honestly don't know how you function enough to breathe.
