I like Sproles this week now that LT is definately out.... TJ has a strained back and going through Spasms... Royal well his QB is worse than Pennington so I'd stay away until he at least puts up 1 game with good #'s.

Yep, I still think he's good for 80 yds and a TD... Phillip was horrible through the air last week and probably will be limited again this week. Sproles isn't going to blow up but he's going to get a ton of looks and screens coming out of the backfield.

how do you think addai is gonna do against miami's run defense. i basically have to play him, my only other option is knowshon, and im not sure on him yet, as hes still sharing.

Spasms or not TJ is the guy I would start personally, he'll burn clements which is the guy who will be covering him. I think the raven's LB core is a lot better than the raiders which is why I don't think sproles will capitalize as much off screens, the Raiders played too much of a zone coverage last week when they shouldn't have. Eddie Royal is a toss up, I think either him or Marshall will get 100 yards receiving but that's just me. thats what i keep thinking, and reading is that we will see knoshons true colors, or part of them this weekend. so that makes me wanna play him to see what he can do.
because addai is going up against miami who i believe is ranked 3rd against the run. but at the same time, gonzo is out for indy so that makes me think they are going to run a little more, so even if he doesnt get much YPC, if he racks up 20-25 touches, maybe i can get something nice out of him
