That's really messed up, I'm sure there were alot of good dogs that died with all that bullshit. Not only do they not have respect for animal rights, they also, and more importantly, don't have any respect for the rights of the owners of those dogs. It just shows how messed up China is.

"Dogs being walked were seized from their owners and beaten to death on the spot,".............now that is messed up, people just going out for a walk with their dog and then all of a sudden they get taken away and beat on the spot...now that is harsh
