Nate, even if the door is sealed your numbers are higher on the floor compared to the glass. I get 1.2 db's higher on the floor compared to the glass, others I've tested get 2.4 and even 3 db's higher and all with the vehicle sealed. Drags scores tend to be a little louder, but thats also with no power limits. USAC can't really be called loudest on earth, since they don't do anything outside of North America, and calling them "best soundoff org in the Northeast" is just his opinion cause he doesn't compete in anything except USACi.

The USACi Stock classes don't have unlimited batteries. Stock 0-600 and 601-1800 have 1+ stock batt, and the 1801-3000 has 2+ stock batt. The rest of the classes have unlimited though. Stock classes may have unlimited subs, but you can only fit so many in an enclosure and still keep it below the window line, so it's still pretty close to Drags scores. If you look at the current records in USACi stock classes they're almost the same as the Drags Street Classes, in North America.

Except for Street C, USACi has the higher numbers. I'm not gonna say USACi is better than Drags, cause I think USACi sucks compared to Drags, but they do have some big numbers. Drags is the most organized group out there, their website is #1, their stats pages and forums are the best, their event listings are always up to date, unlike USACi.

Now open the door on those street scores and everyone will blow the USACi scores away. I noticed you didn't put the European scores up. Didn't want to make USACi look too bad.

I must admit that I enjoy competing in any organization.

I didn't bother posting the European scores because USACi doesn't exist in Europe. In most cases they would be louder opening the doors, but not every time. I've done plenty of testing with my TL and my Blazer and I dropped between .5 and .2 db's when I opened my door. Most of the time the scores do get higher though.

Sucks that it is the same Weekend as dB Drag Finals or I would certainly be there.

They must be tripping, last time I think it was $35. 20 competitors and about 50 people and that's including the drivers, this was the turnout for the car audio side. They had the car show part which draws good numbers all the time. They better reconsider the price on that considering the gas and the economy.. Car Audio is a hobby not a job and for them to raise it with what is going on, well.....

Hey Hold one man. You should go to a show at Acto raceway. WAY WAY more than 45. But the 45 at ET is for both days and two ppl to get in. Iasca was at Acto last year for nopi all most 115 bucks to get in. Acto always charges alot to get in for the SPL parts Usaci Dbdrag Iasca. Thats why no one shows up to them anymore.
