Well there isn't any blood, but its pretty horrific anyways. A car in asia (I think) ran a red light and hit a dude on a scooter. I got this in an email at work (Air Force).

you are not supposed to move anyone that has been in a serious accident until someone that is qualified can make sure that by moving them it won't produce further injuries.....

thats exactly what you do, for all they know he could of had a broken neck, you dont pick someone up after an accident like that, they have to be stabilized first.
