Now what?

Well I got a guy locally coming to pick up my 12" HCCA's.

so where do I go from here? Someone toss me some suggestions to run at 1 ohm on my MTX 4k.

I wanna be atleast as loud, if not louder than my Orion's, but sound better doing it. I got a few different set ups in mind,

Single 18" LVL 5

2 12" Zv3

2 12"IA DP

4 12" Sundown SA

Better yet you should do a cone area build of the new audiotechnix subs, I have been eyeballing a pair of the strato 12s for myself, they look very promising.

If you are trying to compete, you should look up the restrictions of the class you want to be in so can build for the class and be competitive.

I got a 2 door jimmy. Not exactly sure how many cu ft but its about... 20" height (seat line) 38" wide and 30" deep

I'll coming occasionally, probably in a street or amateur street class. But the build will be made for daily.

@Flastrongman ; has experience with 2dr jimmies/blazers, he pulled a 144 with an apsm1000 on 2 cheap hifonics hifi 12s for the $150 spl challenge and has done hairtricks with 2 type r 12s's

What about a 21" DP? Wired at 2 ohms getting around 22-2300 watts.

yessir, I never really tried for straight spl in my Jimmy, all my boxes were low end monsters that metered decent. I had 2 DB Drive WD 12's ran off an Audiopipe 3500 that did a 149.2@36hz legal 150 door open.

Then I had a 21" Warden ran off 2 saz1500's that did 151.3@43hz legal, 146@25hz
