Hmm, interesting rules and classes... your pairing trucks with suvs and hatchbacks?
All classes are using Manufactuers highest RMS rated watts at 12 or 14 volts. All classes are for 12 volt Batteries only with the exception of the two 16 volt classes.
CONSUMER CLASS
Trunk
1-499
500-999
1000-1499
1500-2500
2501-Up
So for the 2501-up class you will have someone with 2 memphis 4k's up against someone with a sundown 3000? Also in the rules it says "All classes are allowed high output alternators with no limitation of how many " yet in the class matrix picture it says different...? Just curious is all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
im in jacksonville NC where r the shows at normally? pm me please
Yes unfortunately some of the larger classes have to be grouped together. I am more concerned with all the smaller classes that are more geared for the everyday consumer. Also go by the Matrix for the alternators, I will need to change the info on the rules part. All info on events can be found at
http://www.streetbeatzorg.com.
Are the power classes actual watts, or amp rated watts? For example, would a Lanzar 50c be in the 1-499 class, or the 500-999 class?
i think ill be at the next event
We go by the lowest ohm Company rated power. So if a high current amp is stable down to 1 ohm rated 300@4ohm, 600@2ohm,and 1200@1ohm that would be in the 1000-1499 class.
We also have our forum up and running and hope to have new members to join us on it.
