Message: <blockquote data-quote="bubbagumper6" data-source="post: 6421838" data-attributes="member: 567719"><p>Check how much clearance you have between the inner metal panel and the outer plastic door panel.  Mine were meant for some small round speakers but I had my old 6x8's from my last car so what I did was draw the outline of the speaker on some mdf and use a jigsaw to cut a baffle to mount the speaker to.  I glued the baffle onto the door panel and mounted the speaker to it.  Larger speakers are only large in the front, they tend to drop off in size towards the magnet so that should fit fine.  Let me know if any of that didn't make sense...</p></blockquote><p></p>
