[QUOTE="Gir, post: 8580730, member: 673303"] Sorry, 100% new here and if this is in the wrong thread please feel free to re-direct me and delete this. I'm currently throwing together and pricing my next system and so far i am highly considering 2 Image Dynamics Idmax v4 15s, They are a claimed 1200w rms each d4ohm, and i would like to run them both at 1ohm in a 9.5 cubic foot ported box tuned around 27 - 30hz. The problem i'm having is finding a good amp that doesn't break the bank for running these subs at 1ohm. In the passed i've just taken the combined rms of the subs and added a few 100 watts for my amp but i've been curious to hear opinions from others whom have had more experience in this field. This is one of the amps i had in mind and it would be nice for the price but it seems a bit underpowered.. thoughts?
