nom nom nom ideas..

marinate some 2" thick ribeyes in good soy sauce (30%) and italian dressing (70%) for about one hour. Then place them over some hot charcoal and cook until medium rare. While that is going on, slice some potatoes and saute in some olive oil with salt pepper garlic and rosemary. brown em on the stove, then move to the oven at 350 until ready. while that is going on, make a nice Bearnaise sauce to pour over the top of it all. nom nom away

or grilled ham and cheese. I had that for lunch.

But for supper I'm going to this little grease hole called The Anchor. The have the best burgers in the area. I'm doing the Gallybuster--3 1/4 lb patties with a bunch of bacon and cheese. And fresh cut fries. nom nom nom.
