What you need to do, is browse California's state statutes. Then browse your city council's ordinances. If it doesn't show up in either of those, you're good. Also calling the local police department will get you an answer. Make sure you don't dial 911 though because you WILL be fined for misuse of 911.</p></blockquote><p></p>
