I understand that we all have lives and related drama outside of this board, but it is just common sense- if you can't follow through with a sale in a timely fashion, don't accept payment. Or at the very least, maintain a line of communication, stating that your dog died, job was lost, truck was broken into, etc. I am not unreasonable, if I am kept in the loop.
