Message: <blockquote data-quote="xclusiv3" data-source="post: 2855967" data-attributes="member: 569951">yea because if she made the same mistake, then noone would be at fault.she went right into my drivers side, i thought it'd take a lot to bend the rear wheel, but i guess not from what people say on here. still thats a hard hit, i spun around and hit another car, and even set off there airbags. i was hit as soon as i entered the intersection, the car i spun into was making a right but a good distance away.still i just think if im going 45, and she hits me going 10-15, which she'd be doing if she COMPLETELY stopped, i cant comprehend how there could be so much damage. i mean the window switches popped out, panels inside were popped out, the rear door is out of place, in the trunk when i took out the battery the floor was bent. i just dont understand how if she made a complete stop she could have attained such a speed to do that, even if i was going 45; which i understand is fast.another reason i think she didn't stop was becuase before i got to the intersection a blue truck turned from same place she came from, but he was speeding like crazy so i slowed down, and as soon as i got to the intersection bam i was hit.i HIGHLY DOUBT there was enough time for her to make a complete stop and then go after that truck, just not a big enough time interval.i was on the main road, and she was on a cross street, the main road was packed with cars, so after that truck goes, she makes a complete stop, dont you think the cars on the main road that have already stopped would go, preventing her from going???and my brother is a cop in daytona, he says the cop can make his verdict on who was at fault, but ultimately is up to the insurance companies to battle it out.i admit im at fault for not stopping, but if she didnt stop also, admit it and take fault with me. i messed up and i payed for it, but i simply cant comprehend how my car is so badly damaged, only thing with hers was the front bumpers flew off and followed my car (as you see in pic). all that and my car is smashed?????when we were on the side of the road, another accident almost happened just like mine, i heard skids, looked up and saw it almost happen.but yea in the end, i feared my dad's reaction the most. but he just said at least your still here its just a **** car and can be replaced. after that i was relieved, now im just worried on how i can get another car/ what happens next.and some of you may remember when the snake was in the car and then came out on my lap....well turns out i had on the SAME outfit both times!!!and earlier i quit my job of 1 day b/c it straight sucked, told them i had a family emergency and had to go to NY, then on my way home from daytona this happens.
