In high school I thought I'd give up fappin for a month. I made it ~2 weeks then went on a rampage. I'm lucky if a can survive for more than 4 days.

If you really want to stop having a sex drive, go on an anti-depressant like an SSRI. I was on that stuff for 2 months and just lost all interest. Fvck those drugs, I'd rather deal with major anxiety and be able to have erectile function.

My friend who is getting pretty serious about weightlifting said he didn't fap or fvck for about 10 days so he could get a testosterone boost or something for more reps at the gym.

It makes sense, but I always feel better and want to workout after I spread the fertilizer.
