No crossovers on these Rainbows???

I'm really close to getting these but I cannot find out if they have a external crossover or not.

Those round things at the very bottom are the crossovers.

also i think there is an authorized dealer on here that sell those.

the seller is "woofersetc"....they are rainbows authorized dealer...not sure
