I know nike has this thing it tell you info on ur running and ur heart rate? correct me if im wrong....

i kno it hooks up to ur ipod or someshit...

my question is does it only work with nike shoes? cuz theya are shitty for running specailly when my feet pronate.

Also is there any thing else out there that can tell me how far i ran, my heart rate, and other info?

i dont wanna spend alot on this either

The reason it works with specific nike shoes is because it comes with the "transmitter" built in..

I could have sworn I saw them sell the same thing with a transmitter you attach to your shoe tongue..

for ur other nikies as in for the ones that dont have the transmitter built in. Buy the kit that comes with that and the plugin for the bottom of the ipod. I use the set with my reeboks all the time. But regardless neither one of these devices will tell you ur heart rate. U need to get one of those watches for that. lol. ill get the watch...but i do have a 5 gal tank and a set of shockers. and i can get u a brand new 380c also.. pm me if ur inttrested...the kit i have is worth 500..
