i sleep ***** with a fan blowing directly on me every night of the year. do that. you wont sweat.

you would think that, but I swear I slept about 4 feet from a window shaker for about 3 years, that thing was blowing out about 60 degrees directly at my bed and I still had night sweats...

I went to the doctors and got checked out already, they say its nothing serious.

• I'm past puberty

• I'm very skinny, not fat

• and I'm not an alcoholic

While I agree this isn't the greatest place for such a question, the OP is obviously concerned and turned to this community for advice. Instead of replying with something that includes "tard" and "wah wah wah"... why not advise him to try a better outlet for this type of information? Dude I use to get these all the time and would wake up with a soaking wet bet... god the fiance' hated it!

Thought it was anxiety or stress from my job but found it to be my diet. I cut out tea, coffee, and soda all together and try to drink mainly water. I've also stopped consuming sugar past 7:30 at night. Thus far it's been a few months since I've had any problems.
