After further review of the detailed pix, it is now obvious that the palm tree is at fault for injuring the passenger. Had it not been in the way, the wreak would have been much less disastrous.

i've noticed that in just about all crazy car crashes, trees are straight up OG's and even a car going 120mph cant **** with them.
