The Saints need him moar, so all is well. The universe is in balance.

Now the Saints absolutely must get some help in the secondary, especially at corner. That has been the case for as long as I have been a Saints fan. Year after year they load up on a volume of mediocre players at the position, with McKenzie being the closest thing to an exception. Of course he is going to be recovering from a knee injury so they are really fVcked as it stands.

Yeah, I got that impression when some of the talking heads started referring to him as more of a system player, which in this context is not like saying you are a team player, but rather you greatly benefited from the success of the defense as a whole.
