Objective: Design and build a vehicle that is powered only through Newtons Third Law of Motion.

Design and build has been done, small scooter thingy

Tryna figure out how to make it move though, kind of like a pull-let go toy car thingy and must travel a minimum of 1.5 meters

i was gonna suggest the rubberband thing

u can also use a mousetrap with string, string wrapped around the axle and attached to the mousetrap with the mousetrap in the open position, and then let it go and the mousetrap will try to close causing the string to unwind and the axle to turn

you couldnt just push it and say that the force you applied was equally distributed to propel the car x amount of meters, thus your push( the action) transferred the enrgyresulting in the car traveling x amount of meters(the reaction)

Put a hammer on a swinging arm to hit the car and propel it. Force of gravity on hammer and momentum of hammer gives you the cars velocity...

not that complicated.

use the long balloons...blow em up and then tape 2 or 3 straws at the end to direct airflow...strap it to the car and it will move....more straws will make it move faster but air will leak out faster...
