Newbie needs help with Sony xnv660BT, trying to test operate on bench This has to be the simplest forum question ever. Trying to test run this Sony unit on a bench before installing, to make sure it works! I've grounded the black lead, I then joined the yellow and red together and applied 12v to those two. (Sony shows yellow hot all the time and red is a switched 12v) Unfortunately I can't get it to power on. I've tried the reset, with no effect. Curious if possibly the orange with white tracer, "illumination" wire needs 12v, maybe? The only on/off button I see on the 660 is hitting the 'source' button. Tips appreciated!
