Sorry mod i might have this on the wrong section i am new at this. Ok i am tryin to put a 4k-5k watts system together for daily. I have 2 re 10XXX so thats 3k watts rms, and i am going to run 2-re8s for my mid bass along with my 2 sets reXXX components. Which amp is best for for the the 10's prolly 4k rms or around there(for sq but sometimes spl but mostly sq). And what is the best amp for the mids and highs thats is about 1k rms. Is the reXXX tweeters going to be good or do i have to get some other tweeter that is crisp and clear? what is the best tweeter out there? I have a 2004 ext and only want to run 2 batterys, both under the hood cuz i have limited space, thinking about getting 2 kinetic battery at 1500a each. And a alternator from irragi at 300a should i replace my factory alternator or get a bracket to attach to the factory one. I have been reading on this forum for about a couple weeks now and im scared of getting things thats not needed or doesnt do any good at all. the only thing i notice you can do different is dont run 2 kinetiks, kinetik no good for primary battery, run a large optima yellow top or odyssey battery, and then the and isolator to the largest kinetik you can fit

alllllllllll their batteries can be used for a main battery "from kinetic rep"

to the O.P. you've got potential for a nice system... I don't think the 8's will even be necessary... should have gotten like 2 12's or 2 15's, then use the 8's for midbass, but im sure it will work fine..

Take into account the size of battery u can fit in your car as well, fitting two batteries might be tough, but maybe those trucks have the hood space.

thanks alot i just bought 2 batcaps 3000 and a iraggi alt 300a and im gonna run both bats under the hood to run da whole system. i am using the 8s for midbass and i really wanna run 3 10s if i could but i want it sealed i know it is going to be loud in the car but i wanna be heard from 3-5 blocks thinkin of using 3-10xxx. let me know if that is good or go with something you guys know is really strong and wat amp do you guys reccomend for like 4-6k rms
