Box is one of the best looking I have ever seen. Way too much movement on that baffle. your losing 1-2 db just from the give in the enclosure. Also need to secure it to the floor.

A 1" baffle of that size is just plain old to thin. I would of done a minimum of 2 3/4" mdf, possibly 3.

I dont know, they are in one chamber, wired to 2 ohms to the kicker.

I ll look for it tomorrow.

In a single chamber off that much power they'd be bottoming the **** out of themselves, and there's no way they'd be that loud, plus they actually look IN phase in the video lol

not by far, flat on the head unit and 20 volume.

I do play it at 30 volume now, it hit 153.7 and still have juice left.

The box design is amazing, I just have flexing problems, not sure if I can fix this one, I ll have to make another one and use the same trim

It was a song not test tone. (lil john throw it up)

whats scary is chopped and screwed sounds almost 2X louder, I ll do another test with that one tomorrow.

mic was at right kick panel, not sure of the meter's brand, I ll find out tomorrow, I have a SS of it from old tests we did with a smaller box with 2 12s, I ll try to locate it and post it, maybe you can identify
