Where's the test videos and numbers? With your knowledge you should be doing no less then 150db sealed 30-70hz with that woofer no matter what vehicle you put it in. I'll be waiting. You talk all that talk now you gotta back it up. There's a member on Caco and I think on here doing like 153db at 33hz at the headrest 1 15"... You should be able to beat that.

Because he acts like he knows everything but he just reads online and doesn't really understand what he's saying... Like 75% he knows what he's talking about but 25% is just BS.... He thinks what he reads in books/internet will work and give him perfect results... But anyone who knows car audio knows that doesn't work out. To many variables... Then he goes and say he going to do a build that does 155db+ 30-70hz.... If he does that I will leave him alone...
As of now he made an asss of himself on Caco.org and on here. He was hating on my build but there ain't anyone I know doing the numbers I'm doing from Cpillar sealed on dash music in the 30hz range. im sure there is louder Cpillar then me but I have yet to hear it. All the shows I've been to I put up close to same number as bpillar guys. I'm not here trying to toot my own horn but when papermaker talks **** about my build and then has nothing to back it up my feathers get ruffled. He can't talk shlt about my truck when he has NOTHING.
Then his argument is I had Altimate automotive build my wall. Yea I did so what. I could never build a wall to look as clean as they did. Yes I've built tons of boxes and 4 walls so far and they look ok... But I don't want my shlt to be spray foam,duct tape,painted wood. Mine is fiberglassed and wrapped in leather and clean as fawk!! I did everything else on my truck myself besides fiberglassing, I don't see anything wrong in paying someone to do fiberglass work and make it come out AWESOME!

one the other hand if you look around on the forums you will see.
first i never made prototypes then i showed videos and pictures of older prototypes.
then i was all talk and never had a loud system i posted a video around ten years old of something in my day that was a killer street beater that did over 150 from 35 to about 65 but yet I've never done it or cant do it.
then i said i was working on another prototype and i was called a liar and i was posting pictures of "random Chinese buildhouse woofers" once i received the woofer i posted pictures in order to show i'm not a liar now its i wanna see you do 155+ form 35-70. if i do that its going to be something else. it doesn't end so i choose to take the current design and prototype it till its perfect.
note its not a SPL driver. its built to be a low inductance low distortion street beat woofer. i personally didn't take a video a local had a box and another popular woofer and we did a quick drop in and had to terminate testing from noise complaints.
box was not quite right. 3.4 tuned to 32 with only 35in^2 with a twisted sounds 3500.1
i didn't expect to get shut down so early we where really just listing to it and did a swap with another woofer for a comparison.. if i had to describe how it sounded Id say like a JBL Gti or ID max with alot more output. it was high 140s and im making small changes to improve cooling and lineartly of the suspension. it handled the 3500 un-clipped. then i told him **** it turn it up and lets see what it will take. its still alive lol..

note he blew one of his amps even though i'm an idiot and suggested wiring them higher becasue i knew it was only a matter of time..
ironic.. the other ones going to go in a few more months. its going to last longer becasue the output are not being exceeded nearly as bad despite the lower load. the reactance of the load is greater and his electrical is capable of keeping up for the most part.. but i assure you if he keeps cranking on it its gonna smoke..

Didn't have anything to do with voltage. Voltage was 12v+... John said vibration most likely. And my wall is 4 layers thick on the back and then 2x4 mounted to that and inside is 2" steel pipe braced front to back.
