New Television?

I'm looking to buy a new television. Mine died on me last night, so it's time for a new one. I don't have a very hefty budget $700 MAX, and that's over what I would like to keep it at. I like to spend no more than $550. I just ran to Wal-Mart to get a new pillow and stopped by the electronics sections for some blank CD, and was drawn to the televisions as always. I don't want any thing as big as my last television (52"), but want nothing smaller than a 32" and no larger than a 42". I don't care about 1080p or 1080i, I am perfectly fine with having just 720p. I found a Vizio 32" LCD that I really like, with a price tag just a little over $600 after tax. After glancing at Vizio's site I found this one that I like better than Wal-Mart's model, and it's $529.95, with free shipping. So far, this is looking to be the best buy, but I don't know if Vizio products are any good. I'm not too worried about HDMI inputs, as I only have a PlayStation 3 with HDMI. So, 2 quick questions :

Are Vizio products any good/reliable?

What would you recommend for the budget, and size requirements?

If you didnt spend the money on the pillow or blank cd's your budget would be more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
I know, but I have to sleep good, and back up data from my computer before it craps out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Vizio is one of the best bang for the buck LCDs out there. Wouldn't hesitate to get one.
I'll probably pick one of these up then, unless I can find a better deal.

Why not just get an external HDD?
I have several, but I have even more data.

Me and the wife just bought a 26" Vizio LCD for our bedroom and it's great quality. The LCD's are made by Samsung and the TV's are assembled in California.
How is the picture clarity? Do you have any HD sources on it?

ive had my Vizio GV42LFHDTV10A for about 4-5 months now, and i havent had a single problem with it. it was 1,099, but i got a 5 year warranty just to be safe, so out the door after warranty/tax, etc. it was $1450

Do you have any HD sources hooked up to it? If so, how do you like it? The one I am looking at is compatible up to 1080i, and would enjoy having that over 720p's resolution.
