Lmao I wonder how they will enforce it. My guess is if you take the car to a shop they will charge you taxes based on your mileage vs the last time you popped up in their. Glad I know a few shade tree mechanics lol. Thats really the only way I see them trying to enforce it...

I feel so horrible when I see Obese children. Yesterday I was unfortunate enough to be around what looked like a 7 year old child who must have weighed as much as I do. Freaking child abuse if you ask me!
