I know alot of the shop's around here that do alot of big expensive work will just rush through something like that and not put any time and effort in it since they can't charge much for it. The guy that does my work guarantee's it and if he spot's any bad area's after it heal's he will fix them for free. I highly suggest you talk to them about something being done about that because it really does look like a penis on your arm.
