ok i'm gonna get some new phoenix gold rsd's but i want to get 6.5 rounds and my front speaker holes are only 6x8 anyone have a favorite tool to cut new speaker holes in metal with?

sawzall, or jigsaw work fine, whichever you have

tin snips work for most door panels if you dont have power tools.

my favorite would be a pneumatic rotary tool with diamond blade

oh yeah, but make baffles out of mdf (which you should be doing whether you cut a hole or not) and you might not even have to hack up the door panels.

so if i made like a 1/2 inch baffle the 6.5 would probably fit a 6x8 hole?

Just make a small baffle out of mdf and screw it on
