Yep old motor new parts... They used to be great subs so if they are decently priced Id try one...

hmm 3 inch 4 layer coil and im assuming dual nomex spiders, for 240 may not be bad at all.

untill i hear em, i will stick with my origonal se's, i like that they are trying cause i know the pro's are us made or at least the se is from what i remeber seeing.
