Sold New Rainbow SLC 365. 3-way comp set

I have a set of New Rainbow SLC 365 components (6.5", 4", tweets).

I recently purchased these from Kmanian with the intent on using them but I need to work on other areas before I worry about swapping out my Logic 7 components in my 335i.

All of the components are Brand New but I gotta be honest and say that the box that holds them isnt in the best of condition. The interior of the box looks fine but the exterior of the box is what was taped and where the shipping labels have been applied. This is probably how I'll ship the speakers out if they sell as it makes the most sense now. I just wanted to be up front about the condition of the exterior of the box so there would be no surprises.

Whats included:

6.5" 3-way components, X-Overs, grills, etc. I think the stickers are even in the box.

These speakers retail for $359 plus shipping. I'll let them go for $275 shipped/insured to the lower 48.

I have a few references on here and I have ~225 positive feedback (100%) on eBay with ZERO Negatives or Neutrals.

The only trades I am looking for are Rainbow Vanadium components (both speakers and subs), iPaul amps, New Rockford 3Sixty's, etc. Will take/give cash to even out trades.

I'm not in a hurry to get rid of these so please dont send low-ball offers. If they dont end up selling, I will use them when the time comes.

I've only opened the box once or twice since I purchased these. I have pile of Rainbow gear sitting in the corner of my room and I must admit that these speakers are a lot nicer than I had remembered them.

so how would you set this up in your car just curious

I was planning on using a 3-way Vanadium Phase Plug set in the front w/ this in the rear (using the 6.5's on the trunk lid). The 6.5" Phase Plugs are going to be molded into the tray at the bottom of the door.

The only problem is that the Logic 7 speakers really sound quite good and Id rather add some bass before I worry about swapping everything else out. But if these do not sell then I'll happily hold on to them and use them in a couple of months.
