New Problems

Hmm....new question I just got back from a little ride playing my subs and today all of a sudden my speaker amp and my sub amp just stoped playing at the same time but the HU was still on...happened about 3 more times with me cutting the headunit off and the car in between times and one time the sub amp went out for a second and came back on. I turned my bass boost all the way off before even leaving the house and I could tell because the subs werent hitting as hard as it usually does and this still happened. Voltage drops never went below 13 volts as says my dash(which I believe to be pretty accurate as it was following what my GS Designs amp was saying on the voltage reader) and at the end of the day I touched both amps and the mean machine was warm and the sundown was only slightly warm in the middle and cold everywhere else...Also checked the fuse and nothing is blown...What the hell is going on????

Ive tuned the Sundown to 37 volts and the Mean Machine 100.4 to 18 volts...and didnt have the volume up anywhere near the max where I set the gains at.

Grounding problems?? Did u check the battery terminals?

I checked all the connections upfront as well and everything was tight and not moving...I could only check my sundowns ground and it was also tight the mean machine is grounded underneath my bolted down seat so its hard to get to...but i dont think anything went wrong with it...

No more suggestions???? I dont know what the problem could be I know Im not even pulling that much power as I still have my 100ANL fuse hooked up to my 0/1 GA wire and it still hasnt blown with the 2 amps running.

maybe your h/u's whatchamacallems are toast eh? you got another h/u layin around? a kenwood i had always said it was playing but i could never hear ish? maybe you could try that my freeend.

What my RCAs???? hmm...I grounded them like 2 years ago...they sound fine with no music playing...no interference or nothing playing through the speakers
