Idk 4 sure but I have been told that it's not. If it is hopefully some1 will chime in and let us all know. I have heard that 8455 are an active h/u but as far as I know it's hearsay. I'm glad this seems to be a fair price to every1 though! MORE OFFERS PLEASE!!!!!
