New member, new Saleen

I just bought a Saleen Mustang and decided to join the board. The car is in amazing shape, just needs some tuning help since its been sitting for 11 years.

All the work on the car was done way back in 1997. I think the stereo was top of the line back in the day. I dont know much about stereos and joined here to get help getting it to sound right.

If your interested the engine is a 302 with a vortech supercharger, aftercooler, vortech intake, etc. The suspension is a full griggs set up, your very connected to the road when turning corners & hitting bumps.

The amps are adcom's. I found similiar ones on ebay and still go for good $'s.

I got a heck of a deal for $11.5k.

I dont plan on touching the stereo, just adjusting it so it sounds like it should. I had to burn some cds to play in the changer since every song i have is mp3 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif.

keep the equalizer in there!!!! change out the h/u

nice car...only system upgrade I'd perform is go from the Cassette Deck to a nice Alpine CD player....as long as all the speakers work...and sound good I'd keep it all like it is....

I would honestly leave the cassete there and hide a CD player in there so you keep the old skool look. I love the way that cassette player looks.
