To start off, I would splice the LOC in as close to the source as possible, but yes you just splice it into the +/- speaker wires. Second I agree with the processor idea, you can't get just wonderful signal from stock systems, and I also recommend you use a nice LOC for the mids and highs, like the ISV LOC. And lastly, running new speaker wire somewhat depends on how much power you want to feed the speakers with. Anything over 50 watts, I would say running new wire is recommended</p></blockquote><p></p>
