You can pull the Radio and place it on your bench and test it with a 12v battery over night and see if it persist. If so.. if under warranty send it back. If it works properly on the bench, you may have an electrical issue in the vehcle and prob would need to run another source/ supply line preferb. form like an Aux location in the fuse panel.
