I'd pull everything out and start over with JUST the new Hu and make sure all the wires are hooked up to it. your stock and after market speakers will be run off the amp so unhook the stock wires from the speakers and run new wire from all speakers to the amp. Or are you trying to run the stock speakers from the deck? Just use common sence and double check all your connections.</blockquote>
