new GTO

i think that front end is hideous. they should have kept the camaro.
I dont know much on camaro's..but I personally only like the WS6 TA's of the F body stuff. The camaro SS's were cool, but the body style was a big plain, and handled like a boat.(dont post back with this handling amazing ****, i know they can handle good, im referring to a stock RS,so stfu before you begin.)

lol, how you gonna say they handled like a boat, and say they handle good in the same post. ive never actually driven a camaro but i know they look better than these GTO's and im sure they were faster too. although i dont know for sure.

probably a c class... wrx's really aren't that fast stock but you said it was "souped up" to what degree well we don't know but qtr mile in low 90's is not fast whatsoever to me
I was behind him when it happened on my way home. He lived in the same apartments as me. I saw him working on it quite a few times. He was definetly not a ricer, he didn't do any body mods just engine. The cool thing is he was never obnoxious with his car he only romped it when the mercedes tried to get a run on him. It was amusing to watch anyway.

the RS model handle....just nevermind...

I saw a new GTO at the dealership..looked cool..I'd take a TA anyday.

It's still just a bloated Cavalier.

Not deserving of the GTO namesake.

Sales numbers have been incredibly lower than expected for this car, and with the Camaro/Firebird/TA platform being renewed for release in another year or so, I'll wager that the "New GTO" will simply fade away as an "oops" in GM History.

Several cars out there for equal or less money with arguably better cosmetics and performance.

Name some. Dad is looking at cars, and needs a cool car for under 40k
