New car system recommendations

hi im 16yrd old and am looking to build my second large system. I had 3 15's a while ago and had to sell them for money. I'm looking to competition, but keep in mind i'm in central nebraska so it won't take that much. My budget is around 1000 altogether for subs and amps(i will make my own boxes). I'm looking to hit high 140's. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
