New As I Lay Dying album

I finally got a chance to listen to it tonight after having had it for over a week. Though not quite as good as some earlier albums (and the vocals sound borderline Fear Factory at times), it is still a pretty good hardcore album. I'd been waiting for this release for quite a while and it more or less lived up to my expectations.

It comes out on the 21st. Go buy it.

surprised theyre on warped tour. they seem like theyre too heavy for that. anyway i love learning their songs on the guitar and will probably buy that album whenit comes out

Lamb of God was playing in Little Rock It's probably passed by now but I would only go to see Chris Adler...i'm not a fan of the band personally.

As for the band being heavy, when Killswitch came onto stage they go, "we were really surprised we were asked to do this tour because we figured we'd be a little out there for most of the crowd." Went on to say, "we're glad people care and here's our show."

I would think they would fit right into Warped since they are kind of screamo-ish. I have heard only the single from the new cd and it sounded pretty good. If Nothing Left is indicative of the rest of the album, it sounds like they went lighter on the vocals and heavier/faster on the guitars.
