This is why America is fat. We don't complain when it takes more than a minute to get our McDonalds, but need to lose the mickey dees quicker than lightning. When, yes WHEN it doesn't work, we blame the diet for being faulty. America at it's finest..

well i eat what i want and drink what i want. i lift in pants and a sweat shirt also i wrestle up at the high school when im home form school and ive lost around 6 pounds just doing that not hard at all to do

shut up gary, your an idiot. you DONT need execise to lose weight. it just is a big help/aid in losing weight. i lost 100 lbs without exercise, so there i proved you wrong
 
I lost 40 pounds alittle while ago by straight dieting. I was down to ~165. I wouldn't eat most things, and if I did it was very little, and only from morning until lunch. Just enough so that I could stave off sickness. I wouldn't recommend just dieting to anyone. Supplementing it with cardio and a balanced amount of food is a good idea, as just dieting will actually slow your metabolism. I remember I tried to gain muscle while dieting too. That didn't work out too well... it took forever for me to make any decent gains. Only after I started to eat balanced did I see any significant increases, bench 195 to 235 pretty quickly after that.

 
when i was working out, my diet consisted of alot of beef (cheesesteaks mainly), tuna, and PB. lol, i gained some nice muscle mass real quick with that much protein. i dont know what my bench started at, but i was up to 225 in 2-2 1/2 months

 
Got any equipment in the new pad? Good way to pass up some boring time.
nah, even if i owned some, id have no room for it. unless if it were free weights. but Bloomsburg has 2 gyms that i get into for free (included in tuition), but i dont think theyre open till classes start, so thats pointless to even mention, lol

according to mapquest its 2 hours away. which means its 1-1 1/2 hours depending on how fast you drive, lol. come over man, drink some beeeeeeeer!!! lol

So not true. Well for the No/Low carb diet it's not true. You can actually sit on your ars all day and eat all the meat you want and still loose weight.
any diet in the world can do that for you. when your done with the diet, you'll gain the weight back immedietly
