Neone have an opinion on klipsch rsw-12

Even though I have all Klipsch Legends in my HT theater I wouldn't consider a Klipsch sub. They're decent from what I've read on their forum, but IMO you should look into EPIK. It's the HT sub company from AA. Chad has some killer subs for great prices. I've heard a few in person at his shop and was quite impressed...

all im going to say is its klipsch
I'm really confused by what you mean.

That's a bit like saying, "All I'm going to say is it's Sony", without mentioning what models you're talking about...I have a little bit of experience with Klipsch, and trust me, they have model lines from one end of the spectrum to the other //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well i went ahead and bought the rsw-12 sub. I was pretty impressed with it musical and in ht. However, I would like for it to hit a little lower. I found it at a pawn shop for 699.99 but i talked them down to 400+ tax

Now, im looking for A center channel and the right and left front. I'm aiming towards the vienna bach or mozart grand. I was very impressed when I audition them.

guy at my work has one.

We watched a UFC fight at his house and now im extremly jealous.

When a fighter would take another fighter down you could feel it in the kitchen

I wish i had the money to get one

At those prices for the said speakers I would definitely look into DIY. You could certainly match or exceed the performance for less money just by following someone else's design.

I have listened to both of the those at Best Buy but it was too long ago to remember. I can say that those two were by far the best sounding speakers at Magnolia when compared to Mirage, Def. Tech, and Klipsch towers. However I noticed little improvement between the Vienna bookshelfs and comparable Vienna tower speakers when a crossover/subwoofer was used. In fact I actually enjoyed the sound of the bookshelf speakers more when used with a sub (this was probably largely due to placement not design). If you plan on running 2.1 most of the time you may want to consider saving a significant sum by going with bookshelfs.
