So I tried re-grounding the amp to a bolt behind my seat and still no luck, amp still in protect mode. I think i might have fried my amp. Tomorrow I am going to take my sub out of the box and look at it to make sure all the wires are still hooked up. I did an ohm test using a dmm and it read 3-ohms!?!? I think one of my wire is loose/not hooked up. I wired the sub to a 1-ohm load I thought... The sub is a dvc 2 and I hooked it up using this diagram: http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=1&I=22 Is it possible to get the polarity wrong on this? Any help would be much appreciated.
