I just installed a Kenwood KDC-X693 head unit and it has its RCA plug connections built directly into the back of the head unit. Here's a pic of the X693: My prior head unit had its RCA plugs on a pigtail connector, which worked fine, but I'm running into some vehicle mounting depth issues with the X693 once I plug in the RCA plugs. I've currently got some spacers installed to give the head unit a little more depth, but that isn't ideal. What I need are some low profile RCA plugs. Actually, just plugs would be fine and I would terminate them myself and that way I wouldn't have to pull my wiring to install entirely new cables. But I'm open to new cables as well if that's the way I have to go. Looking for something decent hopefully for less than $30 per 15 foot cable. Got any brand/model recommendations? Thanks.
