[QUOTE="bigfun101, post: 3340078, member: 580580"] I am trying to install a system in my 2000 MR-S. I am very limited on space. I have a guy buliding me a custom Sealed box for 2 10in subs with a of volume 0.5. I wanted to get 2 Hifonics TXI6406. I was thinking of running it this way the amp to the subs would run 2 x 340 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohm Bridged and the the 2nd amp would run 4 x 85 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohm on Hifonics ZXI6.5C 6.5 speakers and tweeters. But the more I read the more I am confusing myself. ok I guess my question are: 1. What type of subs should I buy 2 or 4 ohms? 2. should I run my subs in parallel, series? 3. I am upgrading my head unit but am waiting a month or so because I want to get one with a GPS unit in it, so right now the head unit I have in the only has one set of pre-amps on it, do I have to buy a crossover to run both amp? 4. If anyone else has a small car or even better a MR-2 or MR-S and put a system in it where you installed your amps? I do not think I am going to be able to put them on the back of sub box and I dont think I have room under my seat Any help would be great!!!!!!!!
