need help with mobile video audio

i have a nesa dvd-9000 and i have video to my mounted monitor but can-not figure out how to get sound to my car speakers. i also have a regular cd player in my car. i have tried mahy things but in no way can i get the audio from my dvd player to run through my car speakers. i also have an amp hooked. if any one could please help me thank you very much for your time.

even if someone can direct me to a good owner install manual on a web site for the audio installation of in dash dvd receiver that would be awesome.
