Ok here is the problem i am having if someone can please help me out. Everytime i turn up the volume past 24 or so depending on the bass setting the amp does into same mode. I called Alpine they told me to check the wiring and use a multimeter on the voice coils which i did andc everything was good. What i am thinking is that the voltage might be dropping to much and when it does the amp goes into safe mode. I have not done anything with the power yet im still tring to decide if i need a second battery of a large cap. This is the gear i have. 1 Alpine PDX 1.1000 1 Alpine PDX 4.100 1 Alpine 12 Type X Sub Type X componets in front doors and type R 5x7 in rear deck Oh this is in an 08 Mustang.
