I know when you are on the selling side of a transaction on eBay and there is a Non-Performing Seller dispute filed against you to be protected by eBay and PayPal's Seller Protection policy you have to be able to show (via an online-trackable method) that you shipped the buyer's item out within 30 days of receipt of payment and to a PayPal Confirmed address. Personally I think 30 days is much to long to wait to send someone their stuff after they pay you but that is the policy and my opinion of it has no bearing on this conversation. This policy does not cover the seller if he/she fails to use on online trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, etc). It is for this reason that some eBay sellers do not allow for local pickup even if you live in the same city. If they can't prove it was sent/delivered then the policy won't cover 'em. I would assume that much the same applies to a case such as yours. The best defense being a good offense so going with j3bus2k3's advice would likely serve you well. Go on the offensive and keep the pressure on coolizm. 1) Demand proof that the screen was shipped and delivered to the address provided her through the PayPal payment. 2) Find all the threads you can regarding your transaction on this forum and any other if applicable then print them our in their entirety. Hard copies are always a good thing when you're trying to prove who was on the right side of a deal. 3) Find any and all threads that you can referencing anyone else that has been jacked around by coolizm and do the same thing. Hard copies are your friend. 4) Make certaiin to make the 'investigators' aware of the timeline. If something shady had truly been perpetrated by you then why is coolizm only now raising a fuss about it? If I can think of any others I'll come back and post 'em up. Good luck, bro.
