cause haslem, walker, williams, wade can make shots. atleast they did against detroit. gaurding shaq is not like gaurding duncan. you take a beating. plus you can't leave shaq to help out on penetration cause they'll throw the lob and there is nothing you can do

i think this series will be played much like the mavs/spurs series will be played, with the exception that the spurs were a better team than the heat are, and therefore dallas should have no trouble beating them.

i will agree with you that shaq will be a problem, but i dont think he will be as much of a problem as duncan was. d wade, you could compare to tony parker, except wade is clearly better than parker ever will be. the rest of the heat can be compared to the likes of brent barry, manu ginobili, and michael finley.

however, i think the mavericks will have no problem shutting the heat down, they will run the ball at the heat all night, and the heats defense is nothing like the spurs. they have adjusted well in every series to a completely different type of game and avery johnson will exploit miami's weaknesses.

Dallas is toooo fast Shaq and he won't even be a factor after the second period, just like the regular season games where he **** near died playing Dallas

Howard and Grif. can guard Wade, other than that they don't have ANY weapons..

Well that's it for my team. Hell of a run, especially since they weren't supposed to beat the Clippers. In all I think they just got tired from the lack of depth.

Err yeah I do not post on these forums cept for this subscribed thread now thanks to the tards who seem to think post count = IQ and get their jollies off by proving somebody else wrong by scouring their posts for incosistencies/other problems or simply just calling people names to pump up their E-Egos.

But ANYWAY,

Grats Mavs on making it to the finals! They definitely deserved it and picked up their defense, which always has seemed to lack the past years. Grats to their starting lineup and their bench as well. Avery Johnson definitely deserved coach of the year.

Mavs will be the 2006 champs game 5-6 vs Miami.

Thanks to all the members who gave me a good laugh by doubting the Mavs and calling Dirk "soft(like that is even an argument, he scored 50pts in game 5, soft or not, he owns)."

I agree about the Suns giving up that lead, it was pathetic. Just shows they're not ready or atleast one good player away from being ready. Amare Stoudamire was missed in this series whether people want to admit it or not. They played very well without him but you can't lose someone of his magnitude and win a championship.
